KIMBERLEY – Night clubs around Kimberley have been shut with immediate effect; the Liquor Board issued notices to all owners to stop operating despite all clubs illegally open under lockdown level 1. The Disaster Management Act states that night clubs are prohibited from operating under level 1. Owners who contravene the Act will lose their operating licences and face criminal prosecution.
