DRAFT MEETING RULES

1. No Politics
   (as much as most of this is politics playing out at our expense, we come as residents first and should discuss without campaigning or using politics as a basis)
   
2. Chat with respect (no swearing, no name-calling, no bullying… disagree with respect)
   
3. One person “speaks” at a time… (admins will ok “speaker” in order of hands up) To Raise your hand to give input… please Direct Message Shell Curtis… and wait for the person on the floor to finish giving input… Then You will receive an OK message from Shell… signalling you may go ahead and text your input.
   
4. To “speak” please send the letter “H” to the admin…, you will receive an “Ok” response… when It’s your turn to “Speak”.
   
5. Input should be solution-based, refrain from only pointing out problem… eg of input (The water is dirty: We should have a second filtration taking place at Newton Reservoir)
   
6. On any proposal forwarded, commit to follow up and give timeframes.
   
7. The meeting will last for 1hour and will be extended by 30min min only should the need arise.
   
8. Input that does not comply with the rules will be deleted after the notice is given, the input will be deleted 2 minutes after it is flagged, if the person keeps sending such content he/she will be removed from the group.
   
9. On adding members while the meeting is on, you are requested to please send them these rules first and then add them.
   
10. Ensure you attend this meeting with the interest of your family, yourself, and Kimberley at heart… if not, please excuse yourself.
