Dam levels taken at 4:00 this morning at the Newton Reservoir in Kimberley show a slight improvement to the two bigger dams.
DA Councilor Ockert Fourie says the early shutdown yesterday has improved levels to bigger dams. However, levels of the smaller dams show a decrease.
