In Flaminkie, gamers take control of a lesser flamingo to help navigate it safely to avoid overhead power lines along the railway line at Kamfers Dam. Based on real-life, the game highlights the daily struggles of the birds.

Flaminkie is a very challenging game spreading awareness for the lesser flamingo by showing gamers the challenges and issues faced by the magnificent pink birds.

Based on the world’s most notable difficult and addictive mobile game called Flappy Bird, which was taken down and removed from existence as players became hooked on the challenging game.

Developers are giving away 200 FREE copies of Flaminkie to challenge you, your friends and your family to beat the top score and further awareness for the lesser flamingo in the hope that they can challenge the world to make a difference.

The ultimate goal of this digital conservation project is to be able to generate funding to install more bird diverters on the railway line running next to South Africa’s biggest nesting spots for the lesser flamingo.

It is available on the Play Store in most countries if you want to pledge a contribution by buying a copy. Alternatively, get your FREE copy and make it your contribution to challenge others to beat the high score.
