One person is was left critical and ten others sustained minor injuries after a quad bike and minibus taxi collided on the R30 between Brandfort and Glen during the early hours of this morning.
According to Stanley Schimper, spokesperson for Trauma Response Africa, the circumstances leading to the accident are still unclear and will be investigated by the SAPS.
All patients were treated by paramedics from various services before being transported to Pelonomi Hospital in Bloemfontein for further care, he concludes.
