Tebogo Sepale, a ward councillor from the North West ANC, has been dismissed by the party following allegations of statutory rape involving two boys. Tumelo Maruping, the ANC provincial spokesperson, informed Sowetan on Monday that the party’s provincial disciplinary committee reached the decision to terminate Sepale’s membership in December.
